The Protocol

• Strategy: Developing the architecture for off-grid sovereignty and community-based protection.

• Intel: Cross-referencing ADS-B flight paths with nanoparticle spikes in real-time. This is the central database for all confirmed events.

• Counter-Measures: Technical discussions on water structuring, Lakhovsky coils, and frequency generators. We don't just complain about the system; we build the bypass.
