AWAKENED REALITY / FAFO LAB - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Awakened Reality concerning your access to and use of the Awakened Reality website, the FAFO Lab community, and the associated mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PLATFORM ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY To access the FAFO Lab, the courses, and the community, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. The Platform is designed to help you break free from the system; do not compromise your own access by sharing your login information with unauthorized users.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PURCHASES, AND UNLIMITED COURSES Membership in the FAFO Lab grants you access to the community and all available courses at no extra charge beyond your active subscription fee.

  • All billing is handled securely through our designated payment processors.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the FAFO Lab and the courses will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Purchases made in the Awakened Reality store are subject to their specific return or exchange policies listed at the point of sale.

4. THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM Awakened Reality offers an affiliate program allowing members to earn a commission by referring new users to the FAFO Lab.

  • Affiliates will receive the agreed-upon percentage of the subscription fee for every active member they successfully refer using their unique tracking link.

  • Payouts are processed according to the schedule provided in your affiliate dashboard.

  • You must accurately represent the FAFO method and Awakened Reality when promoting the platform. Using deceptive tactics or spam to generate referrals will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content") are owned or controlled by Awakened Reality. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The FAFO method (Find Out).

  • Materials from THE MANUAL: ARCHITECTURE OF THE EXODUS.

  • All instructional content regarding NLP, CRV, and Human Design.

You are granted a limited license to access and use the Platform and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content to sell or build a competing platform.

6. USER CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES The FAFO Lab is a space for individuals taking back control of their minds. When interacting in the community (web or app), you agree not to:

  • Bring the system's programming into the lab (e.g., engaging in manufactured political divisions, promoting consumerism, or pushing fear-based narratives).

  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other members.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the Platform's functionality.

  • Use the community to spam or solicit members for outside commercial ventures without authorization.

7. DISCLAIMER The information provided on the Platform, including the FAFO method, is for educational and self-mastery purposes. Awakened Reality does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. The tools and frameworks provided here are designed for you to test and apply to your own reality. We are not system-grade white coats offering band-aids. You assume full responsibility for your actions, your alchemy, and the results you generate by applying these methods.

8. TERMINATION We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Platform (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions. If you violate the core principles of the FAFO Lab or attempt to sabotage the infrastructure, your account will be deleted and your access severed.

9. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Platform or these Terms at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice.
